Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, Liverpool Hope University, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University.

Professor Jain serves the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Prof. Rumen Mironov

Prof. Dr. Rumen Mironov, Technical University of Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria. Rumen Mironov received his MSc and PhD in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia and MSc in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Telecommunications and teaches Programming in Object Oriented Languages, Digital Signal Processing, Digital Image Processing, Audio and Video Communications over Internet and other subjects. His current research focuses on Multidimensional Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition, Audio and Video Communications, Information Systems, Computer Graphics, and Programming Languages. During his research activities Dr. Mironov participated in more than 20 national and international projects and is coordinator of 2 projects and published more than 120 papers. He is a member of IJBST Journal Group, Bulgarian Association of Pattern Recognition (IAPR) and Bulgarian Union of Automation and Automation Systems.

Prof.Vasile Palade

Coventry University, UK

Vasile Palade is Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in the Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling at Coventry University, UK. He previously held academic and research positions at the University of Oxford – UK, University of Hull – UK, and the University of Galati – Romania. His main research focus is on neural networks and deep learning for computer vision and natural language processing, in the context of applications from autonomous driving and smart cities area, sensor data processing for health and environmental applications, social network data analysis, among others. Prof. Palade is an author and co-author of more than 280 papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings as well as several books on machine learning and applications (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=KTXoxysAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=ao). He has chaired and delivered keynote talks to reputed international conferences on machine learning and applications. He is an Associate Editor for several reputed journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Neural Networks, Journal of Big Data, among others.



Assoc. Prof. Ivo Draganov

Technical University of Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria

Assoc. Prof. Ivo Draganov received BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia in 2003, 2005 and 2009. He is teaching Programming in Assembler, Digital Devices, Audio Systems and Speech Coding and Digital Video Broadcasting in the Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies at TU-Sofia. His scientific areas include Digital Image Processing, Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks. Dr. Draganov co-authored more than 80 papers. He is a member of IEEE.
